Shipping Costs.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Our shipper is FedEx and your shipping costs are calculated based on shipping weight. Unlike other stores, these are real time FedEx calculations and there are no hidden handling fees.
Shipping Time Frame
Shipping is by standard FedEx ground services. For items in stock, we generally ship within 3-5 days of receiving your order. For backordered items, items are processed within 7-10 days depending on how quickly we can get the items from the manufacturers
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will get a tracking number from the warehouse and email it to you. You will also receive an email from us if there are any questions or issues regarding your order. Although you will receive all correspondence regarding your order via email, but you can also use our order status page to look up your order and check for updates.
Returns and Exchanges
We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. Your satisfaction is always important to us. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll take care of it, as follows:
Defective Item - Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us .
Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
